Sport massage has always been a passion for Kristy. She works with both active children and adults, from weekend warriors to elite athletes. As a mother of two young children who remained active throughout both pregnancies—running and weight training—Kristy has a strong interest in helping pregnant women manage aches and pains, stay active, and maintain overall health throughout pregnancy.
Kristy recently completed her Level 2 Applied Manual Lymph Drainage training to further support patients experiencing post-surgical recovery, inflammation, swelling from acute injuries, and headaches related to chronic sinusitis.
Kristy became a massage therapist to help people improve their quality of life—whether in everyday activities or throughout a competitive athletic career. Her clinical experience includes sports massage, prenatal massage, postural correction, rehabilitation, manual lymph drainage, injury prevention, and pain and stress relief.
