After achieving an honours B.A. in Kinesiology and Physical Education, Kristy graduated from the 3rd year medical massage program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2006. Kristy is a certified Sport Massage Therapist with the Canadian Sports Massage Therapists Association (CSMTA). Kristy was the ON Chapter president for CSMTA and has used this position to educate the community through many events within Ontario.

Kristy now lives in Milton and opened her home practice in 2018. Kristy also continues to work in burlington at Burlington Sports and Spine. Kristy has worked in the Halton community at local slow- pitch tournaments, Men’s Soccer team in the Burlington soccer league, Milton’s Epic Tour GranFondo and worked at the Worlds Juniors and U23 canoe and kayak championships in Welland, ON. Kristy also had a chance to travel with Team Canada for the second time to the World University Games (FISU) Games in Kazan Russia in 2013 and to China two years prior. Kristy was involved in the 2015 Pan AM games at gymnastics, beach volleyball and triathlon venues.

In the past Kristy was the Sport Massage Therapist for Trinity Western University Varsity teams in Langley, Vancouver 2010 Paralympics, World Police and Fire Games, Women’s International Fastpitch tournament, BC Summer Games and Cirque du Soliel: Dralion. Kristy enjoys working with all levels of athletes and has experience with softball, lacrosse, dragon boats, soccer, basketball, volleyball, runners and gymnastics and more. Kristy is very involved in her community

Sport Massage has always been special passion of Kristy’s and has experience with both active kids and adults from weekend warriors to elite athletes. Now as a mother of 2 young kids and very active throughout both pregnancies running and lifting weights is very interested in helping pregnant women manage their aches and pains through out their pregnancies to stay active and healthy.

Kristy became a massage therapist to help people have a better quality and functioning in everyday life, or during your competition career to improve performance, prevent injuries and rehabilitate from injuries. Kristy has experience with Sports massage, Prenatal Massage, Postural correction, Rehabilitation, pain and stress relief and many more.
